This species is used as a cleaner in the bioactive terrarium.
They grow up to 1.2cm long and reproduce best at a temperature of 23 - 26 degrees.
They eat dead leaves and wood. To meet their calcium requirements, feed them e.g. a sepia shell.
They can also be fed Gammarus and various vegetables.
