The single door that can be opened at the front ensures maximum viewing pleasure and offers easy access for maintenance and feeding. A push button lock keeps the terrarium safe and can even be equipped with an optional lock to prevent unwanted opening.
The hinged lid can be locked and unlocked with a single button, and can be fully opened. A transparent glass panel at the front ensures maximum visible light and a stainless steel ventilation strip at the rear guarantees optimal ventilation. The patented double ventilation system keeps the single glass door at the front free of condensation, even in humid conditions. It creates a natural upward airflow that ensures optimal and healthy conditions. Excess heat is dissipated through the upper gauze and prevents heat from accumulating, creating temperature gradients in the terrarium. The mesh allows UV and infrared rays to pass through when these lamps are needed. Four self-closing inlets for wire/tube in the back facilitate the installation of powered accessories such as waterfall pumps, filters, Exo Terra's Monsoon, etc. On the inside of the lid there is an attachment point for the Monsoon Nozzle on each side of the terrarium.
The bottom part of the terrarium is waterproof as soon as the hose, the elbow joint and the tap are connected to the drain. The drain allows trouble-free water changes and excess water removal.
The Exo Terra Tree Frog Terrarium can be set up as a bioactive biotope for tree frogs, reed frogs, frogs, small geckos & lizards, garter and grass hoses, etc.
Ideal for use with the Exo Terra TerraSky Planted Terrarium Light (PT2413) for optimal plant growth or the Exo Terra Reptile Dome Nano (PT2362) for extra light or warmth.
