Unfortunately, we cannot be reached by phone

Why not?
We have a full time job next to the shop and our employer does not approve of us calling for The Kammieshop. We can therefore be reached via chat or form, email: info@dekammieshop.nl or FB chat. We can answer this in between.
We also answer in the evening and on weekends

If you have received something incorrectly, we ask you to look at the packing slip first.

Sometimes the same article has been substituted by us for another brand.

This if the article you ordered is not available from the Manufacturer.

Usually this concerns floor coverings, for other articles we will contact you.

No, we do not have a physical shop.

Orders

We get food animals delivered fresh to order twice a week, which is usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As soon as we receive them, your order is shipped immediately the same day.

If you have forgotten to order something, you can solve this in the following way.

You put the products you forgot into the shopping basket and select pick-up at checkout.

You then indicate in the comments section that it should be combined with the order number.

We will then merge everything for you.

If you have received something incorrectly, we ask you to look at the packing slip first.

If you have not received anything from us, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

This may contain the track and trace or another message from us.

If your package is shipped you will receive a track and trace code when the package is scanned at Postnl.
This is an automatic process.
If you have not received anything from us please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you install the app of Postnl you will be automatically notified when something is scanned at your email address!

For an order of €50,- you will indeed get no shipping costs.
However, this applies to 1 box of max 25kg!
If you have bags of sand with collectively more than 25kg there will be additional shipping costs.
This will be more boxes that we have to send and we get these costs extra.
For frozen products there will be extra packaging costs which we need to send your package, but the shipping costs are free!

Deep freeze we send with PostNL.
This is usually delivered the next day, make sure you are home then!
The refrigeration we send with the package is usually for 24 hours!
Keep a close eye on the track and trace when you order.
