It always ensures perfect light output and provides uniform, flicker-free light. The ballast guarantees lower energy consumption of more than 30% and extends the life of the lamps.
It provides the energy needed to ignite any HID lamp with a wattage of 35w, 50w or 70w and provide stability using the integrated switch. This allows you to easily simulate seasonal cycles, adding different bulbs throughout the year without having to purchase a new, appropriate ballast each time.

Using :

A ballast must always be correctly connected to prevent damage to electrical appliances, people or animals.
This electronic transformer is placed between the socket and your lamp devices (ceramic fittings, clamp, domes, etc.).
Easy installation through the female plug. In case your lamp holder has an on/off switch, it is important to always leave it on to avoid keeping the ballast powered while the lamp is off. You can turn the ballast on and off by connecting the ballast socket to a programmer. Never cover your unit and ensure proper ventilation.
When using it for the first time, leave your GIGABALLAST on continuously for at least 2 hours to stabilize and prevent further damage.
The animal should not be in the terrarium.
The electronic management allows the lamp to be protected in case of power failure or unexpected lamp extinction.
Thus, there will be a latency period before it is restarted.
