Return shipment

De Kammieshop accepts a return only when we have given permission in advance for you.
Returns without permission from us, will be refused by us.
Is an article by us delivered faulty or not to your liking please first contact us, preferably by email, we will determine if it is eligible for a return.
When we come with you that the article may be returned, then the shipping cost for your own account.
When the item due to an error by our defect at you arrive we will take care of the shipping to a new article to you.
When there is no error by us, for example an article does not meet your needs and you want to return the item Exchange/, then the shipping costs for returning and for sending a new article for your own account.
We accept returns only with the original receipt, the article must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging.
The package, to be postage prepaid, extra fee will be charged.
We ship only a new article at the time that we have received from you old/defective item return and any additional costs are met by you.
We have the defective article namely need to claim warranty at our suppliers.
