Exo Terra PT2454 Exo Terra Thermostat with Day & Night Timer 600w

The easy-to-read LCD display shows heating mode, day or night mode and current & set temperature.
A Red LED and heating symbol indicate when power is applied to the heater. Once the set temperature is reached, the LED switches to Blue and the heating symbol is no longer displayed.

Simply connect your Heat Mat, Heat Cable, Ceramic Heater or Light Bulb to the Exo Terra Day/Night Thermostat, set the desired day and night temperature and place the heat sensor in the desired location.

The thermostat comes with a power cord with grounded plug and socket for added safety and to allow the use of a power strip.

The waterproof remote sensor can be safely used in very humid terrariums and aquatic environments.

CAN BE USED WITH

Simply connect your Heat Mat, Heat Cable, Ceramic Heater or Light Bulb to the Exo Terra Thermostat, set the desired temperature and place the heat sensor in the desired location.
NOTE: When combined with a heat source that does not emit visible light (such as the Exo Terra Heat Mat, Heat Cable, Ceramic Heater, Infrared Basking Spot or Night Heat Lamp), the Exo Terra 600W Thermostat with Day/Night Timer allows you to create a well-controlled 24-hour heating system that does not interrupt your animal's normal activity cycle, while maintaining the required temperature conditions similar to those found in their natural environment.

NOTE: When using the Exo Terra 600W Thermostat with Timer in conjunction with a visible-light-emitting bulb (such as Exo Terra's Intense Basking Spot, Daylight Basking Spot or Daytime Heat Lamp) to create a sunbathing area during the day or for daytime heating purposes, set the nighttime temperature to its lowest point (10°C - 50°F) to avoid the bulb emitting light and thus disrupting your animal's normal activity cycle.
