Returning

Returns

The Kammieshop will only accept a return if we have given you prior approval.
Returns without our permission will be refused by us.
If an article delivered by us is defective or not to your satisfaction, please contact us first, preferably by email, we will determine whether it is eligible for return.
When we agree with you that the item may be returned, the shipping costs will be for your own account.
If the item arrives at your door defective due to an error on our part, we will take care of the shipping costs to deliver a new item to you.
If there is no fault on our part, for example an item does not meet your requirements and you wish to exchange/return the item, then the shipping costs for the return and for sending a new item are at your own expense.
We accept returns only with the original receipt, the item must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging.
The package must be sufficiently stamped, additional costs will be charged.
We will not ship a new item until we have received the old/defective item back from you and any additional costs have been paid by you.
We need the defective item to claim warranty with our suppliers.
Returns are possible up to 30 days after purchase.
