Delivery time
At The Kammieshop, we ensure that your order is processed with the utmost care.
As soon as your payment is received, we start working for you immediately.
In stock? Then we usually ship your order the same business day.
Delivery time stock items: 1-3 business days
Not in stock? Then the delivery time is about 10 working days. We always do our best to deliver faster.
For items not standard in stock, the specific delivery times are clearly stated on the product page.
Is an article unexpectedly out of stock? If so, we will inform you promptly and we will be happy to look with you for a suitable solution, such as backorder or an alternative.
Would you like a split delivery? That is also possible, by mutual agreement.
You can reach us 24/7 by e-mail. We respond as quickly as possible - even in the evening and on weekends.
Shipping costs
We ship via PostNL, DPD and Trunkrs. The actual shipping costs are automatically displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout.
Belgium & other European countries is no problem for us!
From € 50,- you will receive an immediate discount on your shipping costs
Free shipping applies to 1 box up to 20 kg. For additional boxes we charge a small surcharge.
Terrariums
Terrariums are not shipped via regular parcel services.
You can pick them up or have them delivered via a special courier service for a fee.
For Belgium please contact us in advance-delivery is not possible everywhere.

Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery is unfortunately not possible.
Frozen products
For frozen orders outside the Netherlands, we cannot guarantee frozen arrival.
You will always receive a Track & Trace so you know exactly when the package arrives.
Usually delivery takes place the next day. Do the animals seem slightly thawed?
As long as they are still ice cold, you can refreeze them without any problems.
Pick up
You can easily pick up your order. When ordering, choose 'Pick up at store', and we will contact you as soon as everything is ready. Pickup is available by arrangement, both in the evening and on weekends.
Although De Kammieshop does not have a physical store, we can be found at reptile fairs in the Netherlands and Belgium throughout the year.
Upon request, we will gladly take your order to a fair-at attractive fair prices.

Order status & Track & Trace
After receiving your payment, you can see in your account that your order is 'in process'.
Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation.
When PostNL scans your package, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can easily track your order.
For some orders, our wholesalers ship directly for us, so you get even faster delivery. In that case, we will of course keep you informed, but there is no Track & Trace available.
