Delivery time
The Kammieshop strives to ship your order as soon as possible after we receive your payment.
When we have an item in stock we try to ship it the same business day, this depends on when you place your order and which payment method you are using.
The delivery time for items in stock is approximately 1 to 3 business days.
For items that are not in stock, the delivery time upon receipt of your payment is approximately 10 business days.
The 10 business days is sample information, to avoid disappointment, we strive to deliver faster.
For items that are not standard in stock other conditions apply, which are described in the article concerned.
If an article you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you in time, in consultation with you we will order this article for you or send a replacement article.
It is also possible in consultation with you, your order in two times to get sent.

Shipping costs
We ship your order with PostNL.
We use the rates set by PostNL.
The rates are displayed in the webshop at the time of payment or you can calculate them in the shopping cart.
Belgian and other European customers pay only € 8.47 and from € 50, - there is a discount for shipping.
Free shipping above €50,- applies to 1 box up to 25kg.
Each additional box will be charged extra.
Terraria can only be picked up or for a fee use the delivery service, here is already 1 box of free shipping removed.
For Belgium please contact us, this is not possible throughout Belgium!

Unfortunately it is not possible to send your order COD.
Pick up
It is possible to pick up your order with us, you do the order and choose pick up at store and we will contact you when it is ready for you.
Then you can pick up the items by appointment in acond hours or on weekends.
The Kammieshop is an online store, which means that we do not have a physical store.
We do attend reptile fairs throughout the year in the Netherlands and Belgium.
In consultation with us you can also pick up your order at a reptile fair, of course at fair prices at our stand.
So you always know that the items you need are actually there.

Status of your order, track and trace code
As soon as we have received your payment, the order status in your account in our web store is 'Your order is being processed'.
Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped.
